Veg and Fruit Boxes and Deliveries

We are still delivering fresh fruit and vegetables to Bath. This is an unsettling time for everyone, and we will continue to do what we can to support the health and wellbeing of our community for as long as we are able.

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented demand for our service, so please bear with us as we try to fulfil your orders.  We are a small, family-run, independent business that has been serving Bath for almost 25 years.  Please be assured our staff are working hard and are committed to providing a safe and efficient service through these unusual times. 

 

To keep things running smoothly, we have made some changes to streamline our service:

• We are only selling veg boxes, fruit boxes and mixed boxes currently.  Stock is changing daily and we cannot guarantee availability for bespoke orders.  
• Please order online if  you are able.  We are trying to keep our telephone line free for elderly customers who are unable to shop online.  However, if you cannot manage to order online please phone us on 01225 319968.
• Please email us if you live outside of Bath and would liek to arrange delivery.  We hope to be able to deliver to the surrounding villages but this will likely be on a set day only.  
• We are working towards next-day delievry in most areas of Bath.  Delivery will be 1-2 days depending on the delivery area and the time your order was placed.

 

Delivery Charges

Our delivery is free and we would like to maintain this, however due to the rising costs of providing this service and the increasing prices of vegetables we are finding this extremely difficult.  For this reason we have introduced a voluntary contribution for delivery.  This will allow us to keep our prices the same, and that those who cannot afford to pay for delivery do not need to.

• Bear with us – swaps in your veg box contents are more likely now, as availability of stock changes daily.
• Keep each other safe - respect the 2m social distancing rule in the shop and when queueing outside.
• Be patient and kind to each other, and our staff – these are stressful times for us all, and everyone is doing their best to get through.

 

Larkhall Farm Shop

Our physical shop in Larkhall remains open however please be aware there can only be one customer in the shop at a time.  Please queue outside until a space becomes available.
